2025 was a challenging yet transformative year for CMPC. We made meaningful progress across our strategy, strengthened our sustainability leadership, improved operational efficiency, and continued to expand our global presence.
A key milestone was the implementation of a new organizational structure across our full value chain, enhancing agility, efficiency, and reinforcing our customer-centric approach. At the same time, we advanced key growth initiatives, including steady progress on the Natureza Project in Brazil—one of the most competitive pulp projects globally—while maintaining a strong and disciplined financial position through capital optimization.
Our commitment to sustainability was once again recognized at a global level:
- Listed in the Top 1% of the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook
- Achieved Triple A rating from CDP
- Ranked #1 in Dow Jones Best in Class Index for the industry (3rd consecutive year)
Nature remains at the core of our business. During 2025, we reinforced forest conservation and biodiversity protection initiatives, advanced climate change mitigation efforts, and continued developing nature-based solutions that contribute to long-term environmental value creation.
Innovation also played a key role, as we further promoted the transition toward a bioeconomy by developing renewable, fiber-based solutions that replace fossil-based materials, while advancing new applications in sustainable packaging and biomaterials.
Finally, we maintained our strong commitment to people and communities, with ongoing investments in community development, education, and water access initiatives, alongside continued efforts to strengthen safety and employee wellbeing.
As we move into 2026, CMPC remains focused on delivering sustainable, fiber-based solutions, strengthening partnerships with customers, and capturing growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving global market.
