During a ceremony at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation auditorium in Rio de Janeiro, our Company was one of the top Brazilian companies featured in the 2025 ESG Integrity Yearbook, an award that celebrates governance, sustainability, and social responsibility practices within the country’s corporate environment.
Ana Paula Pulito, CMPC Brazil’s Sustainability Manager, represented the company at the event and commented that this recognition reinforces the company’s continuous commitment to aligning its operations with the best ESG practices, creating shared value for customers, employees, and communities.
“Our vision is a society in which everyone is committed to the well-being of the planet, where business goes hand in hand with creating value in communities, with sustainable processes, and the use of clean energy. To this end, we have goals in our 2030 Strategy, such as a 50% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and the addition of 100,000 hectares of conservation area. Actions like these position us as the most sustainable company in the forestry sector globally, according to the Dow Jones Index,” Pulito concluded.
