To evaluate their attitude to our sustainability and gauge customer satisfaction connected to CMPC Pulp's business strategy, we surveyed more than 180 customers and found that 88% are positive when it comes to CMPC’s Risk and Sustainability management.

This highlights a sustained growth since 2019 (+3pp) with customers increasingly positive towards our sustainable management, placing us among the top 25% of the companies in the SSIndex.

We scored highly on Environmental Culture (Clients recognize the Environmental Management (90%) and Social Management (83%) which highlight a culture of concern for the environment at CMPC Pulp. The transparency, ethics and integrity of our employees are highlighted.
