Since its founding in 2007, EcoVadis has grown to become the world's largest and most prestigious provider of sustainability ratings. Its network currently includes more than 100,000 rated companies. The rating is based on a questionnaire that integrates four CSR pillars: environment, human rights and labor practices, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

CMPC Pulp has been rated with Ecovadis since 2017, progressively increasing its score, achieving for the first time this year obtaining a gold medal and being among the 5% of companies with the best sustainable performance in the Pulp & Paper industry.
It stands out for its score of 90/100 in the Environment pillar, being its strongest pillar and which this year rose 10 points compared to last year's evaluation. Likewise, the sustainable procurement pillar increased 10 points in its performance, scoring 70/100, positioning CMPC Pulp as an advanced company in the sustainable management of its value chain.
